We recommend servicing your solar system at least once a year to ensure optimal performance. However, if you notice any issues or a drop in performance, it's best to have it serviced sooner.
A typical service includes a thorough inspection of the panels, wiring, and inverters. It also involves cleaning the panels to remove dirt and debris that can affect their efficiency. Full system health checkup which will reveal any issues that may be occur in the future.
If your system requires repairs, our technicians will assess the issue and provide you with a quote for the repair work (If it is not covered under warranty). Once approved, we will carry out the repairs as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.
The system is generally monitored online. Once the system is identified as not working, our after sales team to inspect and troubleshoot within 48 hours and depending on the severity of the issue an estimated timeline will be given on restoring the system back to normal operation.
While there are some maintenance tasks that you can perform yourself, such as cleaning the panels, we recommend having a professional, to do the system service to ensure it is done correctly and safely.
